Our clients know that good leadership, sound management, effective team work and great communication make all the difference to their performance and success. We build long-term relationships with clients, based on mutual trust, integrity, open dialogue and value for money.
Established in 2002, Rubus has completed over 150 successful client engagements in sustainable business change, stakeholder engagement and communication and team growth and development.
Lasting Change and Positivity
Much of our work uses NLP and other psychological models to create lasting change and positivity in the workplace. NLP is used extensively in business, sport, health and social care, coaching and therapy to effect sustained beneficial change and to unlock people’s latent talents and capabilities.
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
- Neuro – The study of the mind and how we think
- Linguistic – The study of language and non-verbal communication and how we use it
- Programming – The programmes and patterns we run in our lives
NLP applies a deep pool of scientific study in human psychology and behaviour through a practical, flexible and impactful set of learning resources. It is a life-time resource for continual professional growth and personal development.
